My name is Samantha Ingram. I go by Sam or Sammie. I am from Jacksonville FL. I moved here a year ago. I am going to school for wildlife biology. I enjoy music a lot. I am taking this class to get to know music more. How music works.

Paragraph about my relationship with music:

(i.e.) I enjoy listening to all kinds of  music - with the exception of Rap music. I just don't understand it. I did not learn to play any instruments, however, learning to play the violin has always been on my bucket list. I have never attended a live concert, but would love to go to one! (elaborate on why? social anxiety. who? where?)  As I have never attended a concert, I have no opinions on venues right now.

    Wow! Cee Lo Green kept coming across my radar ALL WEEK. I hadn't thought about him in a hot minute. Man, he sure does have a great voice.

    Hi Sam, I recognize this song from social media haha. So this was my first time listening to it all the way through and I really liked it! I also don't really like rap music. I do like a few songs but just because of the meaning/memories they have for me (ie who I would listen to them with or when).

 I picked the flute. The flute is among the oldest known instruments.
